After checking the lucida's afm, it appears that the correct name of
type-buy.tex's LucidaNewMath-DemiBold is LucidaNewMath-Demibold...
I have corrected type-buy.tex but \startformula {\bfm R} \stopformula is
LucidaNewMath-AltItalic... I have understood Mixed
