The command
I have a few footnotes that are longer. New paragraphs are not indented, I’d
like to have everything except the first paragraph indented. By hand is OK, but
the only thing I can think of is a couple of ~ at the start of each new par,
not very nice and it doesn’t by definition align perfectly.
