I am getting the following error while using backgrounds with enumeration.
(Context ver: 2008.07.10 09:58 MKIV, LuaTeX, Version
snapshot-0.28.0-2008070423)
The error depends on the frame occuring at a particular location on the
page, so the example is not so minimal. The error is
