I have a small problem with footnotes. If I use \setuparranging to print two
A5 pages on one A4, the footnote index of the left page footnotes go to the
right page. Here is a minimal example.

With \start/\stopcolumns (not columnsets) footnotes work well if grid is
enabled. If grid is not enabled and vertical stretch is wanted, with
\setupalign[height]
\setupinterlinespace[stretch=some value]
footnotes disappear. It remains the reference mark in the middle of the
