I am trying to get the combination of ConTeXt and LilyPond working.
I copied the example that I found on http://wiki.contextgarden.net/LilyPond ,
changing the setups a little (I don't have the font Adobe Jenson Pro).
Processing it with mkiv from april this year and earlier produces
the stuff provided by the
picture package on LaTeX. (It's labels for cider bottles this time.)
Depends on the specifics. If you just want to place labels, then use
layers. If you want labels + measuring stuff + drawing lines etc., then
use a combination of layers and metapost.

have a clue on how to
handle it.
I mean, how to ignore the first line and how to make commands from the
so-called cells (A2, B5...; to use them in document combination) reading
an external file.
Many thanks for your help,
Pablo

Yesterday I tried to create a fresh PDF from a revised text using MkII and
XeTeX (I have been using this combination for several months, because I need to
use Indic fonts, which are not -- yet? -- supported in MkIV). As a trick I
defined an Indic font as a mono font (\tt), so
... f_dotlessi._I];
} calt5;
language ENG ; # English
script DFLT;
lookup calt5;
To me it is quite unusual.
so the script / language combination is default / english (dflt/eng)
Many thanks for your replies, Hans and Jan.
I’m afraid that the following doesn’t work:
