When I'm using an exdent after a section command, the first line of the
exdented paragraph is indented, instead of exdented. Here's an example:

I'm not sure if this is a bug or feature, but I noticed that custom
footnotes defined through \definenote do not appear when using
\placelocalfootnotes as per the following example:

\setuppapersize [A5]
\definenote [noteone] [footnote]

footnotes. If you ask for footnotes, you will only get footnotes
