The latest beta has broken some interaction:
not all entries in the table of contents have working links.
This also shows up in the bookmarks: those broken also do not
show page numbers.
Of course, no test file as I am still investigating...

like luatex ignores: --file-line-error, --halt-on-error and
--output-directory=tmp options. Is this by intention or just a missing

Possibly because context's lua startup file either overrules or ignores
these settings.

Actually it was not the gap that bothered me. You are right, DIN 676 B says
45mm. But this seems to be useless as all window envelopes (that I possess)
have their window at 50mm. It defeats the purpose of the backaddress field,
which is hidden by the DIN layout. Shouldn't they be able to
