What do I replace these mkii command with in mkiv? The first seems to be ignored (all numbering is capital roman) and the others lead to an error message in mkiv \setupfootnotes[conversion=set 2,way=bypage,align=flushleft] \setupnotedefinition[footnote][indenting={yes,medium}]
