I tested presentation mode with pre-green module and it worked fine.
I also tested the same file with the addition of few lines which set
my personal font script for XeTeX-ConTeXt.

And I got a 'undefined control sequence.' message as follows. I
confirmed the existence of the file s-pre-08.tex in the ../context/
base/ folder.

Is this something I should take care of upon install? Wht is this
pdftex.map shipping with ConTeXt? Can I just remove it before
repackaging?
