\fullexpandtwoargsafter is not defined in MkIV. As a result, \processpage
does not work.
Minimal example:

\processpage[section][yes]
\starttext
\dorecurse{10}{\section {Test \recurselevel}
\dorecurse{10}{\input knuth \endgraf}}
