[NTG-context] new footnotes

Wow, it is pretty confusing. The last week before I updated mkiv I used to use it for numbers aligned with the left margin of the text. It means the same like serried version but with the textblock of footnotes aligned indented: TEXT 169 sdfsf sdfsdfdf 170 sdfsdf Now it just
