due to popular demand I included in the current CVS a feature I planned
for future releases. As someone noticed, due to the number of operations
ntop has to perform on each packet, ntop is sometimes unable to keep up
with high traffic. For this reason i have added the -A accuracy level
I am encountering a problem with a very recent snapshot of NTOP 2.0.0. The process
runs for approximately 3-5 minutes and then crashes. It seems to crash when the
extended hash or extended tcp hash increment about 6158 and 8192. Has anyone else
seen this problem? Are there any kernel
I am having problems defining additional ports for NTOP to display. If I use the -p
flag, I typically get no protocol information. I tried using a file and command line.
Does anyone have an example of this or additional information?

use either -p file or -p FTP=ftp|ftp-data,HTTP=http|www|https, ...
If you use a file, the list in it must be all on ONE line (I'm working on a
patch as we speak)...
