How about the file called ntop_pw.db

typically in /usr/share/ntop

Delete it and it's recreated automatically on the next run

Subject: [Ntop] Password problem

Where does ntop keep the passwords?

I wanted to remove the default admin.admin (apparently I succeded)
however the new user.pass I entered must have had a typo.

I read elsewhere in the archive that if I remove the password file it
will revert to the default.

I did compile with tcpwrappers and did add ntop:192.168.xxx.xx to
hosts.allow.
