We had several thousand Google Apps student email accounts become suspended

to manually unsuspend the accounts, one at a time, through the account GUI.
That will take me all weekend.

We are still stuck on AD 2003. I am attempting to use certificate

Do you need the users deleted / recreated, or do they just need to be removed

Then it sounds like creating a dummy OU, move the affected users to it, then 15
minutes later, move them back will suffice. That said, I specifically used

It looks like you can’t provide pipeline input to the –identity parameter,
and there probably are other ways around this, but here’s what I have done
in the past, though it’s slightly convoluted. An example line would be:
Move-ADObject -Identity CN=Student1,OU=students,DC=myschool,DC=edu
At the end of the line you better pipe the command to a log, for example:
| out-file .\moveusers.log –append -noclobber
