That's the products, you need to filter those through classifications. Uncheck upgrades and feature packs for example if you don't need them. To be honest, I have not used WSUS directly in years and I don't know if you can obtain the granularity in it that Config Mgr provides. From:

My steps: Create logical disk. Disable smart boot Boot to USB either legacy or uefi depending on apps on server. (Mostly just uefi anymore.) Build server from latest iso from ms licensing site. Add bios admin password Change boot order to HD, CD, USB, NIC. Deliver server to department or unit
