My memory on the Bundling of IE is not crystal clear, but there was a bit more than just Bundling at issue. I seem to remember that Microsoft was claiming that IE could not be separated from the OS, and that the lawsuit included the fact that Microsoft would threaten vendors (Dell, HP, etc.)

We are in the midst of possibly switching from Symantec to Vipre. We are a Dell shop and I just found out if you have Embassy Trust Suite loaded, it has to be uninstalled for Vipre to run a scan. A major pain as most laptops are remote. Other than that my demo has gone well so far.

Nope, kinda proprietary in the snapmirroring arena so it's only netapp to netapp. You'd be best off doing a snapshot then doing ndmp of that snapshot across the wan to that DR site. That would require, I think, the snap manager utility in order to push out that specific snapshot you took.
