My current phone is a razr. I've had it for years and I've never had a crackberry or any decent smart phone. I've played with the iPhone for all of about 5 minutes when the boss asked me to see why his email wasn't working. I've also poked the Storm and a Pearl, but wasn't overly impressed.

As the OP, I just want to throw in my review from the last week with the iPhone vs. my Bold. The Bold is FAR easier to type on. There may be a learning curve for touch vs. tactile typing, but the Bold has about the best keyboard ever. The iPhone screen is larger, brighter and far better.
