Been away from the list for a while. This problem IS the driver between the phone device and the operating system. This phone is old enough to ONLY have 32bit drivers. Any 64bit O/S will not work with this phone. When I finally figured this out and rebuilt the desktop to W7/32bit teh connection

Well, I still believe using linux for copying the files will be easier, and easier also to explain to the other firm. Also, it seems that they are acting more like the enemy than as someone that should be working with you. Have they explained how are THEY going to assure the dates of the files
