User is full of horse hockey. I can���t even input th�/��� mark when in
dial mode or can I input �/��� mark in a numeric field. My test was in two
parts.
1. Attempt to dial your phone number in the xxx/xxx- format. No go

I created a contact in my outlook using forward slashes.
After it reconciled I called the contact and it went through. I even checked
to make sure the it had the forward slashes on my BB. It did. So
I can verify the call went through, he reached me in my other office

Take export file and import it to Excel. Do Search/ Replace of '/' with '-'.
Save file as csv. Reimport contact list.
