That would delete all of them... If he just wants to delete select
addresses, just start typing them in the To Field and when they show up
delete them...

And its actually easier in Outlook 2010 the autofill list includes a X
that will delete an individual entry quickly and easily.

+1 Thats what we use I ask my users to do it every once in a while
because (at least in our environment) once the list gets over ~800 addresses
they tend to get corrupted.
