$130 for the 'Airwave'/MicroCell and $5/Month to use it, with a 24 month
commitment
, we can cough that up.

I know at least VZW and ATT offer femtocells (often called network
extenders). A number of companies make cell repeaters that aren't
difficult to install.

I've been using Packet8 since 2004, and I've used it over all other VoIP
solutions, including Vonage.
I do like Google Voice, but I use that in a one-off sort of way.
