IEHistoryView from www.nirsoft.net might give you some info from IE. I
don't think it works with FF though.

You might be able to look at the date/time stamp on the cached
Go into the cache folder, and look at the details on the files.

It doesn't, but nirsoft also offers tools called MozillaHistoryView,
IECacheView, and MozillaCacheView.

Depending upon what this is for I'd advise you to be VERY careful.
Forensics is a tricky science and if you might be going to court with
this information phrases like spoliation and chain of custody are
going to come into play.
My colleagues who do this stuff for a living would probably tell
to get bombed with snow starting in a
