We have remote sites w/ no “server” – just
servers for its updates.
I’ve asked about having it go to the main server instead of back out to
the internet, but Vipre cannot do this (yet).

Yes, and I might be calling. I think these are PCs that had a problem
with the upgrade from 4 to 5. I see it every time: agent uninstalls as
part of the update, but for some reason a small percentage never finish.
Hence I dread major Vipre
