The first thing you might try is the registry keys that contain the IP information. Try granting various ACLs to those, maybe start with FC and see if it works, then tighten it until it does the absolute minimum required. Thanks

We use hardware profiles for this.Many users have home networks, plug into client networks, etc.We create a profile for each case and make the default at the place where they are the most. Some of the users still call for support every time they have to use it but it's still the best
