Sharepoint licensing in a DR play

SharePoint (MOSS assumed at this time) 2010 Enterprise, Internet Connector and Search. Production is well, production[1] but can I stand up a warm DR site in a receive changes only mode and NOT have to license the DR site. You can do this with SQL but I need to confirm SPS is the same[2].
