[Nut-upsuser] drivers fail after upgrade

Hello all: I've detected in several machines that an upgrade (I do not know exactly (yet) which package triggers this, but I suspect of nut package itself or udev package) makes communications with the USB UPS fail. The immediate culprit is that the driver can't communicate with the UPS,
