I spent the morning searching some areas around Coney Island for the GRAY-HOODED GULL without success. Places visited in order from 6:15-11:45 were Marine Park ballfields, Floyd Bennett, Plum Beach, Manhattan Beach, Sheepshead Bay Marina & the Coney Island boardwalk east of the Wonder Wheel.
