When working on the NYS eBird Hotspots wiki I'll compare the previous bar chart list of species with the current one to pick up any additions or deletions. By going to each county's 'Overview' page you can determine the date the species was added for each county. Some are from newly submitted

A search for a few hours with Dave Klauber and Bobby Rosetti came up nil. Lots of Gulls at the Water Treatment Plant but the looks were not that great this AM. Nice weather, the warmest I have ever encountered while attempting a Mew/Common Gull twitch at Veterans Memorial Pier. Previous

I thought some of you, especially "Larophiles," might be interesting in this bit of news. Photographs from the West Coast of Trinidad taken on Dec 10th by Nigel Lallsingh has been confirmed as a 1st cycle Audouin's Gull. If accepted, it would be a 1st New World record!! Who cool is that!?!
