At a brief stop at Twin Lakes Park in Eastchester I had an adult Broad-winged
Hawk circling over the parking lot off California Rd. First one I've had there
in over 40 years as far as I can remember.

Today, an adult Broad-winged Hawk was observed near the tail of a stream
of 55 Turkey Vulture that were passing directly over the watch platform
at Chestnut Ridge Hawkwatch--located just outside Mount Kisco (Region
9)--at ~12:45 EST. This bird was flying high enough to be almost
undetectable
