The FRANKLIN'S GULL was back in the same area as yesterday, viewed from
Artpark State Park in Lewiston, NY. The bird works back and forth and was
easy to see for much of the time we were there. We saw it between 2:00 and
2:40 but Peter Yoerg had it around 10:30 this morning.

winter FRANKLIN'S GULL was seen from Artpark State Park in Lewiston, NY from
2:15 to 2:45 this afternoon. Take the upper entrance (off of Portage
Street) into the park, stay to your left, and drive to a small parking lot
