Probably everyone knows everything costs. But there are always tons of volunteers, many of them are on this e-mail list who have been working for free for the sake of birds and other wildlife and have spent hundreds of dollars surveying etc. Their time is donated free. Their interest is

Hi, According to Bill's original post it was the Town of Alabama, which designated itself the lead agency for the EIS, that decided a breeding bird survey was in order, and that is why he is looking at breeding birds. Has there been a study or studies that showed breeding birds are not
