the Buffalo/Fort Erie section of the Niagara River, near the Peace Bridge.
Exceptions are the control gates and below the falls, which are both at
Niagara Falls.

Another thing I forgot to mention on this list is that while several of
us were watching the Wheatear yesterday, it was calling repeatedly
(high-pitched whistle).
