A male Red Crossbill was seen this AM at the end of the dam trail along the south end of the Quogue Wildlife Preserve. The bird did not vocalize, but was feeding rather low in a pine tree along side of the trail. It was observed for at least 5 minutes, and was last seen flying north, along
