Two male King Eiders present at the Jones Beach West End jetty. One was
nearing full breeding plumage, seen briefly and we are now trying to
relocate.
Harlequin Ducks also showing well.

nearing full breeding plumage, seen briefly and we are now trying to
relocate.

The Caspian Tern was also there, as well as 24 Stilt Sandpiper, 18 Greater
Yellowlegs, 1 Dunlin, 4 SB Dowitcher, 1 White-rumped Sandpiper, a few
Semipalmated Sandpipers and 1 Least Sandpiper.
No sign of the Avocet but we didn't

Street parking is available on most of the streets surrounding the edges of
the park, just make sure to check the parking signs carefully for street
cleaning days/times. Your best bet might be to park on Ocean Ave and enter
the park at Lincoln Road, then just walk up East Drive a little ways until
