Among the many migrants at Rockerfeller SP Westchester County this morning was a male Lawrence's Warbler along the lower end of the Sleepy Hollow Road Trail that runs downhill from the parking lot toward Old Sleepy Hollow Road. This is quite close to where i observed one this past August.

The imm RH Woodpecker was still present this afternoon where the Overlook Trail meets the Ash Tree Loop. The bird was territorial of its favorite dead tree, chasing off a WB Nuthatch that attempted to land there. Late in the day seems to be the most reliable time to see the bird at this spot.
