Hi Steve- That same Little Blue was there last Sunday. The band looked like one of Susan Elbin's, so I sent her the numbers. Sure enough, she said she banded it this year at Elders Marsh on July 14. I was actually able to read the first 4 numbers on the silver band. She said the federal band
