Menachem Goldstein, just messaged me to report that the Northern
Shrike continues at the south end of the West End II parking lot.
Good luck if you try for it and many thanks to Menachem for passing on
the report.

Just seen at West End 2. West side of the swale about half way to the beach,
perched atop an evergreen.

Rich Kelly's persistence paid off as he refound the "elusive" NORTHERN
SHRIKE at West End II Jones Beach Long Island.
Seen teeing up on on Bayberry bushes and other shrubs south of the lot.
Good luck if you try for it!

The Northern Shrike present since December in Calverton is still there. Mary
Normandia and I saw it along the fence line at the northeast corner of the
large field that is east of Hulse Lading Road and north of Route 25A. No sign
of the Mountain Bluebird.

Adult Northern Shrike continues at Smith Point County Park, Suffolk County. It
is being seen along the western edge of the picnic area that is on the right as
you enter the park.
