My Dad, Rich Guthrie, will be heading to Long Island tomorrow and asked
that I post the following message. Anyone who will be in the area feel
free to reach out to him directly at gael...@capital.net.

Thanks,

Thanks for the update, Sean.

And, sorry to post to the whole group, but I'm planning to head down from
upstate (Albany area) tomorrow (Tuesday, July 9th) morning - early. It will
be my first chance to try since the Elegant Tern had been found.

I'd be interested in grouping up with anyone else who may be in the area
tomorrow to coordinate efforts (and to be sure I get the channel crossing
right, if necessary).

My plans are to leave home in time to arrive at Cupsogue by just before 8
AM.

Please contact me off-list if you will be around the area tomorrow. I will
share privately, any information received with others, if requested, unless
if asked by a provider not to do so.

Also, any updates later today would be appreciated - especially if a
predictable movement pattern that might aid in re-locating the bird is
evident. I'll have only one crack at this so I have to try to improve the
chances of success as best I can.

Thanks for all, All.
