Today's thunderstorms no doubt dropped down some rare migrants/vagrants. Dorchester Park Whitney Point, NY had a LAUGHING GULL and a RUDDY TURNSTONE which are both rare for Broome. Then later in the day, Murphy's Pits Vestal NY had a BLACK-BELLIED PLOVER full breeding plumage.
