Say we DON'T know country code 61 is Australia.
From a phone number 6128514 alone, can you distinguish the
country code?
I know the fact a country code varies between 1 digit to 3 digits, I
want to find the country code from a phone number.
Only way to do this is
There's always some level of ambiguity in guessing these numbers. If
you're building a website I'd require e.164. Most we users recognize
this.
The wikipedia page on e.123 used to have some good principles on
guessing for human enterered phone numbers. Including brackets and
hyphen

Do you mean an associative array?
foreach ($myArray as $key = $value) {
echo($key is $value);
}
or do you mean something like each row is an array with two values?
foreach ($myArray as $key = $values) {
$resultOne = $values[0];
$resultOne = $values[1];
}
