*CANTINA de Indre KLIMAITE* Prezentare în cadrul proiectului *Chişinăul-Artă, Cercetare în Sfera Publică *
Perioada: 13 August, 12.00-13.30 Locaţia: Cantina Întreprinderii de Stat "Vibropribor" Adresa: Bd. Gagarin 10, Chişinău Organizatorul proiectului: [KSA:K]- Centrul pentru arta contemporană, Chişinău În cadrul proiectului *Chişinăul-Artă, Cercetare în Sfera Publică* artista *Indre Klimaite *(Vilnius, Lituania) a produs o cercetare (2 săptămâni) care s-a soldat cu realizarea proiectului *Cantina*. Acest proiect-cercetare are ca scop investigarea fenomenului cantinelor din perioada socialistă şi a situaţiei în care acestea se regăsesc în sfera alimentară a țărilor post-socialiste. Alte aspecte investigate de artistă implică diversele modalităţi ale alimentaţiei publice, modului de gestionare al cantinelor, procesul de amenajare a spaţiului, bucătăriei şi al felului de preparare a bucatelor, reţetele şi produsele alimentare, etc. Detalii referitor la activitatea artistei le găsiți pe: http://www.ilegal.nl/ * * *Chişinăul-Artă, Cercetare în Sfera Publică* are ca scop explorarea discursurilor instituţionale şi politice dominante care au modelat societatea şi peisajul urban al Chişinăului pe parcursul istoriei recente. Gagarin 10, Chisinau Project organizer: KSAK- Center for Contemporary Art, Chişinău In the frame of *CHIŞINĂU- Art, Research in the Public Sphere *the artist*Indre Klimaite *(Vilnius, Lithuania) realized 2 weeks research period finalized with the production of the project *The Canteen*. The project aim was to investigate the phenomena of socialist canteens and the context in which they are function in the post-socialist countries.
