Another weird thing I noticed is that these unwanted ACE's are *only*
added

I didn't care to verify the publishers, as I was convinced I hadn't
changed them.
Turns out I added a local mirror of the "omnios" publisher to some
zones, but that mirror does not contain the r151022 packages yet - only
r151014. My bad.
