Playing around with r151022, I may have bumped into the same issue here. The ACE's that I set on the parent directory are nicely inherited, but on top of that, another ACE for owner@, group@ and everyone@ is added. Another weird thing I noticed is that these unwanted ACE's are *only* added

Whoops! I didn't care to verify the publishers, as I was convinced I hadn't changed them. Turns out I added a local mirror of the "omnios" publisher to some zones, but that mirror does not contain the r151022 packages yet - only r151014. My bad. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
