To make sure that memcached is running and configured properly check
the output of `ps ax|grep memcache` and verify that the port and host
listed there match the settings in the cache section of

Can you try shutting everything down, then starting it all back up

/openils/bin/osrf_ctl.sh -a stop_all

/etc/init.d/memcached start

We have our test 1.4 up and running. I'm on with the client but I went into

I'm logged on as admin Should I be logged on as something else? I did modify

Hi --
When I'm trying to use vandelay I get an internal server error 500...
I am running OpenSRF 1.0.4 and Evergreen 1.4.0.2 on a Debian-Etch box. (I
followed the install instructions located on the Wiki and Everything seems
good so far).
I haven't done any configurations or made any changes
I have been seeing this error too.
I set the Org stuff in the config.cgi script and run autogen.sh
Some screens in the Evergreen show the ones I set but most show the
defaults, the examples.
I do not know why or how this happens, but I guess others are seeing it
too.

Hi All --
I figured out the problem that I had for vandelay.
I needed to edit apache user and group on /etc/apache2/apache2.conf
Thanks to Dan Scott for pointing it out to me and I believe he has already
updated the install instructions on the wiki.
Cheers,

I imagine that the Perl modules are the biggest culprit, no?
