/usr/share/... path is just an example ejabberd.cfg file.

pretty clearly tells you to edit /etc/ejabberd/ejabberd.cfg

/usr/include/postgresql - and libpq-fe.h is supposed to be installed

connection test, but am getting. I am sure it is operator error, but
being new, I am not sure what is configured wrong.
