Hi,
I'm using poky from the morty branch and meta-qt5 layer from master-next
for Qt5.8 support. While the image creation works fine, 'bitbake myimage
-c populate_sdk' fails with
error: qtbase-mkspecs-5.8.0+git0+49dc9aa409-r0 conflicts with /usr/bin/perl

Hi
I am porting a large Qt5 application to Yocto and are using the meta-qt5
layer. I have discovered that the qmake conf file, qt.conf, sets most

Hi,
I am running a QT5 based application on TI AM335x EVM kit. I am using
meta-arago daisy configuration.
My system is configured to generate core dump and core dumps are generated
whenever application receives segmentation fault (expected).
But when my QT5 based application received SIGSEGV,

hi there,
has anyone be able to run qt5 applications in virtualbox or qemu? if
so, what build configuration was used: xcb? eglfs?
When running a 'desktop' distro in VirtualBox we can enable adds-on to
get some support for acceleration, iirc with proper X11 video drivers.
can that be used to run

If I want to run the devshell on a qt5 recipe from meta-qt5, I can't
help notice that if I do:
$ which qmake
I get
/usr/bin/qmake
The qt5 qmake gets installed (in my case) to:
$TMPDIR/sysroots/x86_64-linux/usr/bin/qt5/
Should the PATH which is generated for the devshell include
