So, as policy, should we (via moderation) accept all Free Software licenses? If you mean those licenses listed as free on http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html, I (Karl Berry) vote yes. Question: Are all of these licenses OSI-recognized? I don't know. I doubt it.
