I'm in the process of final testing on a Mailman MLM package for
OpenPKG, building currently under Release 1.3. I've done some
hacking to get it reasonably in compliance with the OpenPKG
standards:

The main package is installed under %{l_prefix}/mailman, but it
might be better to do this under %{l_prefix}/libexec/mailman.

Changeable files are under %{l_prefix}/var/mailman.

Configuration files are in %{l_prefix}/etc/mailman with some
symbolic links to the places that Mailman expects them to live.
