when I try to compile OpenLDAP on Ubuntu 7.04, the following error
appears:

After installation of the perl-ds package, the error occurs on compilation
of an arbitrary package.
When I uninstall the perl-ds package, the error doesn't occur anymore.
Thus, the problem is within the perl-ds package

Makes no difference for me whether perl-ds package is installed or not.
In both cases perl-stats build just fine for me.
