RFC 6187 X.509v3 Certificates for Secure Shell Authentication defines
two extended key usage
( http://tools.ietf.org /html/rfc6187#section-2.2.2 ) with numbers 21
and 22 for secure shell client and server respectively.
Currently in OpenSSL last number defined is 10.
