I finally found a solution to the problem. I have to admit, that i forgot
some important information, i am using xampp 1.7.7. The problem seems to be
a version conflict. I copied
libeay32.dll
ssleay32.dll
from xampp/php
to
xampp/apache/bin
which solved the problem. Maybe this is helpful for
